Estes Park, lacking direct train service, profited from the dawn of auto-tourism in the West. One of the first cars driven into the mountains was F.O. Stanley’s 1903 steam car on his trip to our stunning valley. We are proud of our town and its tourism industry that has flourished since the 1870s. Follow the cars to the mountains for a real cool 4th of July family experience.
Plan to stay after the car show to enjoy Estes Park’s impressive fireworks display!
